have you tried using proton//steam on linux lately? I find almost every game I want to play actually works decently well now. The ones that don't are multiplayer/online ones that require some sort of anti-cheat.
There are a few games I've found that don't work under Proton. Rome 2 Total War crashes frequently, Battletech ( the tactics game from a decade or so ago) doesn't always launch and has sound issues, and MechWarrior 5 joystick support doesn't work (the game is fine if you do another input method, but I'm not gonna play a sim game and not use my nice joystick). The instances of games which don't work in Proton are thankfully few and far between, but unfortunately it isn't just games with anticheat rootkits.
Claude Code (via the subscription) will continue working under Paseo but it will consume a different pool of credits, which depending on your sub you get different amounts. Practically speaking you will be able to use only a fraction of your usage in Paseo, this applies to any programmatic usage of Claude Code.
Why not actually use smtp+imap/pop3 if that is the intention?
Also I'm going to complain a little bit about the name:
SMTP is for sending (not reading) mail, so asmtp to me at first glance looked like 'async-smtp' which didn't really make sense. And 'agent-smtp' sounds like "let your agents send e-mail" vs an api spec.
My understanding is that zed wrote a wrapper around 'claude -p' for ACP support so I imagine there isn't too much of a memory savings there since it's still actually running claude code.
