This is the way. And I have no shame when I warm up a can of ravioli in the microwave at coworking.
Even though the campbell's exec declared it "poor food" the jazzy jambalaya has replaced our instant pot recipe. We buy two cans of it, add a package of microwaveable ready rice and have decent (although very carb and sodium heavy) dinner in ~3 minutes.
It also cooks up great in a small pot on a pocket rocket and tastes great right of the can as far as it being suitable for emergency food.
Counter point: How many paid auth providers force you to create an entirely new deployment and then use a lambda to migrate within their own system? Especially for something as seemingly simple like adding another metadata field?
I think they allow export because they drew some interesting lines around their own mutability concerns.

OUI Spy is cool. I got the pair of earrings for my girlfriend's kid's bday a few months ago. It's fun and disappointing driving around finding all the Flock cameras I hadn't noticed.

If they became cheap enough, you could deploy them "permanently" to leave around town. Hang 'em on the same pole the Flock cameras are mounted, or on the ground in one of those hide-a-key things shaped like a rock on the ground near the pole. Just toss one out as you drive by type of situations. It's all solid state, so should be okay being tossed around a bit.
BLE spam tools rely on a handful of specific payload types, Apple Continuity and proximity pairing, Fast Pair model IDs, Swift Pair. Simulacra specifically does not use any of these so it does not cause pop ups on any devices. It also produces WiFi probe requests not just ble signals.
My dad died 30 years ago after it spread to his liver. He was in the study at duke for what is today the standard treatment line for immunotherapy. I hope he was able to help. He died 9 months after his diagnosis.
Enjoy the time you have with him now and be grateful for all the years you've had. Nothing is going to make the loss of a parent "OK" and it will hurt no matter if you see it coming like you are or it's a surprise.
