No. Tesla's system is not good. It's just fairly homogenous in style with the rest of the UX. Functionally? Extremely disappointing.

Tesla's system is well-integrated to the car and chargers, but its navigation is terrible. It seems to have marked a street near my home as impassible, so it takes an absurd roundabout route. This problem does not exist on Apple or Google Maps.

Consumers are just easily impressed with car infotainment at this point. If the screen takes less than 1s to respond to input and doesn’t drop 30 frames on every animation, they consider it “good”.
