From what I'm aware there's no native way to disable this; are you just talking about using an extension to hide them?

I use tenbluelinks.org to append '&udm=14' to all my searches on android, and on desktop I just set up a custom search engine to do the same.

I did actually end up switching to DuckDuckGo because of all this; I didn't think definitions would be my final straw but here we are. Thanks for sending the website, it looks neat!
