Are there differences in vaccination in the affected population? A noteable difference is the age group of high risk group is ~65 in Italy and ~80 in Sweden. (Citation needed, I only found secondary sources). These ages correspond to changes in vaccine regimen in the affected countries. Might the younger inmates have been vaccinated differently?
