Excellent idea (1.0) * Excellent execution (1.0) = Excellent result (1.0)

Mediocre idea (0.5) * Excellent execution (1.0) = Mediocre result (0.5)

That's pretty Arbitrary. I prefer

Excellent idea (π) * Excellent execution (2.0) = Excellent result (2π)
